This means embracing the rhythm of the seasons, and yes, that also means no strawberries in winter. These choices enhance the quality of the dining experience while respecting natural cycles, offering guests cuisine that feels genuine, refined, and thoughtfully prepared.

Our commitment to sustainability starts within the agency itself. In Paris, we prioritize walking, cycling, or using public transportation whenever possible. For venue visits outside the city, we often carpool with our couples, turning travel time into a shared and efficient experience.

We have significantly reduced paper use by limiting printing to what is strictly necessary. At the office, waste is sorted and recycled, and even our organic lunch waste is composted. These everyday gestures may seem simple, but together they reflect a long-term mindset rather than a one-time effort.
