For the agency

To reduce CO2 emissions :

• we use public transport as possible as we can
• we use carpool during our place visiting with our clients

To reduce our paper consumption:

• we prefer sending our reports by email
• we prefer communication by email or phone and avoid mailings

For the events we organize :

Ceremonize choose to use a diagnostic tool that focus on several points : communication, food, place and decor, transport, accomodation and education.

The analysis focuses on the three steps of the event : before, during and after the event.

The tool offers solutions to make events more eco-responsible.

Even if the weaknesses are not corrected, because it’s technically impossible or because of the customer choice, the ultimate goal is to improve our practices for the future event we will organize.

It is of course a free option and the client remains free to choose.
